想住在碧湖公園周邊,顏俊丞建議,若沒有必然在住在捷運旁,無妨可選擇環山路三段,離碧湖也近,一樣鄰近737美食街的市場及小吃美食,但房價便宜捷運文德站周邊每坪5~10萬元,屋齡40年的公寓每坪65萬元擺佈,屋齡30年電梯每坪80萬元上下,如「西湖園」大樓社區,屋齡約40年,因屋齡高、且社區戶數高達400多戶,因此房價跟公寓差不多,CP值相當高。
憑據台北市地政局統計,內湖本年6月建物買賣移轉棟距與客歲同期比擬僅削減2件,顏俊丞指出,由於內科就業生齒多,購屋的剛性需求真的很強,「只要內科存在,內湖就不會削價」,同時將來還有益多,包括緯創在內湖潭美段新建研發大樓以及捷運環狀線東環段等,未來延續看好。
